Equivalent Communications mentoring program runs from January – April; May-August; and September-December. Our mentoring program encourages mentees to reflect on their current situation, competence and ability and evaluate how well they are managing. We provide primary benefits of mentoring such as: gaining exposure to new ideas and ways of thinking, advice on developing strengths and overcoming weaknesses, providing constructive feedback, and more.
